We just moved to Tampa area and were unable to secure a rental property before arriving. We went on zillow to inquire about several properties, and hardly received any response.... Until Sandy Fish from Dolphin realty contacted us.... Unfortunately the house we inquired about was no longer available, however she had prepared and was ready to show five other properties according to our specifications. She took us to every property and thoroughly gave us the VIP tour. I have never met a realtor that truly had the interest in making sure the prospective tenants were getting a property that absolutely suited them (especially with a renters). Once we found our perfect home, she oversaw every step of the application process. This resulted in the immediate approval of our application and we just signed the lease :). It was a pleasure to work with Sandy and we will definitely go back to Dolphin Realty when we buy our home. Highly recommended :)))
